OTG Awarded Best Concessions at JFK

PHILADELPHIA, PA – OTG Management was presented the 2006 Customer Care Award for “Best Concessions at John F. Kennedy International Airport” by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey at its annual Customer Care Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 31, 2007.
The award was based on the results of the Port Authority’s Performance Measurement Program, which includes the customer satisfaction survey, mystery shopping and facility inspections. In particular, OTG was recognized for “…its cleanliness, employee attitude and overall pleasurable experience for your operations at Terminal 6.”
