An OTG Experience™
Our mission is to bring the humanity back to travel by providing delicious food, a relaxing atmosphere and value to the traveling public. OTG operates restaurants, bars, food courts, eateries, gourmet markets and cafés at airports throughout the United States. Our love affair with airports began in 1996 with the opening of our first restaurants at Philadelphia International Airport; but our food service roots began years earlier with a number of popular bars and entertainment venues in Philadelphia.
OTG’s unparalleled success in creating unique and welcoming airport dining options is a result of our commitment to the customer experience. A focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer friendly technologies are hallmarks of our programs. An understanding that travelers want choice and value permeates our concept offerings.
OTG is perhaps best known for its proprietary brands and concepts including the award winning Cibo Bistro & Wine Bar, Cibo Express Gourmet Markets, and Jet Rock Bar & Grill. In total, OTG has developed more than 28 successful concepts and brands that can be found at airports throughout the US. Offerings span the globe – from Spanish Tapas at Piquillo in JFK Terminal 5 to Asian Fusion at Sky Asian Bistro in Tucson Airport. OTG concepts are tailored for our customers. Many of our concepts have been developed in conjunction with some of the hottest chefs at top restaurants. We pair these exciting OTG concepts with well-known national and local brands, such as Jamba Juice, Dunkin Donuts and Boar’s Head, to develop unique, customized programs for our airport and airline partners.

OTG is led by its founder and principal owner, Rick Blatstein. With more than twenty years experience in the entertainment and food service industries, Rick ventured into airports in 1996 as an interim operator at Philadelphia International Airport. Over the past decade and under Rick’s guidance, OTG has grown to be the second largest privately-held airport food operator in the US - from a dozen locations to over 100 in just 10 years.
As we continue to build our company, OTG strives to be the premier restaurateur in airports. We seek exciting new opportunities where we can challenge our chefs and introduce new concepts and technologies that will make travel more comfortable and more fun.
